2 super easy fit tips to stay healthy over the holidays:
1. Load your plates with veggies! Definitely splurge and drink wine, have a beer, sample some deserts too. Eat stuffing! But put at least 2 veggie options on your plate and fill up on those first.
2. Keep moving. Don't wait 'till after the holidays to start working out. Stick to your routine and add some family walks after all those big meals! When you stick to your routine and work hard, you can afford some extra calories... but you may find you actually won't want to overeat!
