Kristen is a Fitness Lifestyle Coach specializing in total body HIIT for fitness, strength training for all levels and ages, and weigh loss/ fat loss coaching.
Currently Kristen is an instructor at Barry's Bootcamp in Chestnut Hill and also coaches special GKF formatted small group HIIT classes as well at cycling at Boston Sports Club in West Newton. She is also available for personal or small group training classes in the gym or at home, as well as group or corporate wellness and weight loss programs. You can also Get Kristen Fit remotely or locally through one of her online programs or challenges, like her signature weight loss program, Lose It To Win It.
Get Kristen Fit's has a degree in Cardio Pulmonary and Exercise Science from Northeastern University, where she ran Cross Country and Track, and holds training certifications for personal training, strength and conditioning, youth training, pre/post natal training, corrective exercise, as well as supplementary certifications such as stretching, TRX, Kettlebells, and Level 1 yoga.
Kristen's coaching style is hard ass, accepting nothing less than your best ands he pushes clients to step out of their comfort zones (in a safe environment) to achieve the best results. Her classes are HIGH energy with up beat music and a great supportive team atmosphere!
